WASHINGTON, Dec 18 (PRIME) -- The U.S. Department of Commerce has added Russia-based firms Cosmos Complect and Sovtest Comp, as well as Ilias Sabirov to its economic blacklist, the department said on Friday.
The expanded list of 78 corporate bodies and individuals includes 60 corporate bodies and individuals from China, as well as from European countries, Pakistan, Malta, and the United Arab Emirates.
